Former CPUC President Loretta Lynch and 350 San Diego leader Tyson Siegele joined Alliance members in a discussion of the impacts of CAISO regional expansion on California in general, and on Community Choice in particular. The discussion highlighted the threat to Community Choice programs of taking CAISO out of California’s control, and answered questions about the mechanisms of the threat.
