Members of the Alliance’s work group on the IOU Code of Conduct summarized their research into Code violations, problems with the expedited complaint process, and other matters affecting the manner in which the Code has and hasn’t been enforced. They also summarized the group’s current recommendations on a campaign to keep the Code strong.
