October 25, 2018, Statewide Call – “What Next, After the PCIA Decision?”

Alliance members were joined by former CPUC Commissioner Loretta Lynch in a discussion of the avenues left to Community Choice advocates in the wake of the CPUC’s devastating decision on the PCIA. In this decision, Commissioners opted to reject their own staff’s recommendations in favor of an Order that heavily disadvantages the customers of community choice program. Several strategies action were discussed, from the legal (appeal the decision) to the political and legislative.
