This month’s call is especially important as it will focus on the upcoming California Supreme Court appeal regarding the Public Utilities Commission’s (PUC) 2022 NEM 3.0 decision. The Center for Biological Diversity, the Environmental Working Group, and the Protect Our Communities Foundation have challenged the PUC’s decision, which has ravaged rooftop solar in California. The Supreme Court is set to hear the appeal in 2025. We will also cover planned amicus briefs and outline specific ways your environmental organization can contribute to the effort.
