We are pleased to announce that Loretta Lynch will be our July statewide call speaker! She will discuss the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) and what challenges she foresees this summer.
Loretta is always a crowd-pleasing speaker. As the former president of the California Public Utilities Commissioner (CPUC) during the 2000-1 California electricity crisis, she brings a unique perspective. Last year, she provided insight into the rolling blackouts that impacted California in the summer of 2020 and explained how predatory “deregulated markets” were responsible.
